Single Point Sling Mount for use with our CRG-15 Compliant Rifle Grip

About SPM-15

Our single point sling mount is designed to work exclusively with our CRG-15 rifle grip. It mounts inside the grip (using the existing grip screw) to provide a sling attachment point just behind the grip and clear of your hand. Traditionally, single point slings attach to the buffer endplate just under the castle nut. To be compatible with our featureless grip, this area must remain clear (to not interfere with your hand); therefore single point slings could not be used with our grip… until now! Compatible with slings that have snap hooks, shackles, etc. (not QD swivels). The SPM-15 is laser cut from thick 13 gauge 304 stainless steel and bent on a CNC press brake to the precise angle to work with our grip. Proudly made in America!

Note About Maintenance

A very thin film of oil should be applied for optimum corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, even on parts made from stainless steel.

I purchased this product and I am really impressed with it and it works awesome with the CRG-15 rifle grip. The two really go hand and hand and it is working flawless with my Single Point Sling.  Also I am pleased to announce mine has the  laser engraving on it as well. Way to go Sparrow Dynamics.

Not bad, but aesthetically a bit more raw/ unfinished feeling than I was expecting... not at all bright and shiny as some of the photos might make you believe and lacks any Sparrow Dynamics branding. This is not necessarily a bad thing since I didn't want a shiny part on my rifle or excessive logos, but there were a couple of tiny rough bits that i'll need to file off and smooth out. Wish it came in black or dark gray... might try to paint or blue it.

As for the function, its light, but feels solid. Definitely designed to work seamlessly with the Sparrow featureless grip and is cut in way to leverage and lock in with grooves within the grip.  I'll try to update this review when I get my AR together and test out how this feels installed with a sling attached, but for now I'm pretty confident this will be a solid upgrade to my rig.
